ISN’T “TREASON” TOO STRONG? ISN’T IT JUST BEING DRAMATIC?

This renegade Prime Minister of Canada committed treason by illegally invoking the Emergencies Act (EA) against peaceful protesters. Because of the invocation of the EA the members of the Freedom Convoy 2022 in Ottawa in February 2022 were attacked violently and charged criminally for peacefully and legally exercising their right to freedom of speech and assembly and association. The protestors who were opposing the mandatory vaccine restrictions on travel.

We now have the court ruling of Justice Mosley that confirms the Liberals acted above the law in invoking the Emergencies Act. Read more on the ruling HERE.

FACTS:

This EA is only supposed to be invoked if the police are unable to deal with a situation under existing criminal justice system. RCMP, OPP and OPS all reported under oath to the senate committee on Trudeau’s invocation of the EA that they did not request the federal government to invoke the EA.
The EA was brought in illegally because it did not pass through parliamentary process that is required by section 17(1) of the EA, and the law was passed under regal authority like that of a King or Tyrant. By doing this he undermined the democratic process and committed treason.
Section 20(1) states that the Federal government cannot direct the police, even in an emergency.
Paragraph 3 of the EA prohibits Trudeau from violating the rights of citizens, even in an emergency. Trudeau violated freedom of speech, assembly and association and a host of legal rights. The right to protection from arbitrary treatment by police was violated because, the peaceful protesters were beaten, their property damaged and confiscated, and they were arrested without cause, and many stayed in jail without reasonable bail.

Section 46(2)(a) Treason:

(2) Every one commits treason who, in Canada,

(a) uses force or violence for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Canada or a province;

what can you do about it?

This is an issue of great significance to all Canadians, regardless of one's political views. At the crux of this, is that the Liberal government acted above their lawful authority to proclaim a National emergency and the fallout is that people were physically hurt and their property was unlawfully seized.

About the POEC

The Public Order Emergency Commission (POEC) was created on April 25, 2022 under the direction of the Privy Council. The Privy Council created the commission to satisfy section 63(1) of the Emergencies Act (EA) which states:

"The Governor in Council shall, within sixty days after the expiration or revocation of a declaration of emergency, cause an inquiry to be held into the circumstances that led to the declaration being issued and the measures taken for dealing with the emergency."

There are FIVE fundamental problems with this commission:

1. It was declared under the recommendation of Trudeau, not the Federal Cabinet as required.

2. An inquiry was already under way through the Special Joint Committee which held its first meeting on March 14, 2022, 19 days after the EA was revoked. Through this commission it was determined that the grounds used to declare the emergency, were untrue. The police at all levels testified they did not find weapons, there were no arrests and they did not ask for the act to be invoked.

3. The POEC is being overseen by the Privy Council, which is headed by Minister Bill Blair, who was one of the Ministers responsible for ILLEGALLY declaring the EA.

4.THEY ARE USING A CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT TO SILENCE THOSE WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE INQUIRY.

5. The appointed Commissioner, Rouleau is a long time liberal who based on his own discretion picked all the members of who will speak in public. The commission also with the help of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms got every chosen speaker to sign a confidentiality agreement that prohibits them from talking about their experiences with Trucker Convoy except for answering questions from the commission. This way the truth can be concealed.

We need everyone to send in a complaint to the Special Joint Committee to tell them this Commission is in violation of the EA and we want to shut down this inquiry. And you can also send in a formal complaint to the Federal Ombudsman HERE.

Is this really a PUBLIC INQUIRY, or, is this a means of over-shadowing the Special Joint Committee and continuing with the false narrative?

We met with the folks from this commission on Aug 31 @ 7:30PM with James Bauder whom they wanted to provide a statement and potentially testify. Below you will find a copy of the confidentiality agreement they expected us to sign, which we did not sign and we addressed our concerns and questioned the intentions of this committee.

Did Keith commit perjury at the poec?

Stand4THEE was privy to internal documents from the Public Order Emergency Commission (POEC), and we are not under a confidentiality agreement. One of these documents was Keith Wilson's statement to the POEC.

When we were reviewing Keith's statement we found a portion that was related to an event that Rebecca had attended. Not only was the information inaccurate, it positioned Rebecca, and all in attendance, as insurrectionists. He has misrepresented the facts and this misrepresentation and this may have been used to justify the invocation of the act.
