ISN’T “TREASON” TOO STRONG? ISN’T IT JUST BEING DRAMATIC?

This renegade Prime Minister of Canada committed treason by illegally invoking the Emergencies Act (EA) against peaceful protesters. Because of the invocation of the EA the members of the Freedom Convoy 2022 in Ottawa in February 2022 were attacked violently and charged criminally for peacefully and legally exercising their right to freedom of speech and assembly and association. The protestors who were opposing the mandatory vaccine restrictions on travel.

We now have the court ruling of Justice Mosley that confirms the Liberals acted above the law in invoking the Emergencies Act. Read more on the ruling HERE.

FACTS:

1. This EA is only supposed to be invoked if the police are unable to deal with a situation under existing criminal justice system. RCMP, OPP and OPS all reported under oath to the senate committee on Trudeau’s invocation of the EA that they did not request the federal government to invoke the EA.
2. The EA was brought in illegally because it did not pass through parliamentary process that is required by section 17(1) of the EA, and the law was passed under regal authority like that of a King or Tyrant. By doing this he undermined the democratic process and committed treason.
3. Section 20(1) states that the Federal government cannot direct the police, even in an emergency.
4. Paragraph 3 of the EA prohibits Trudeau from violating the rights of citizens, even in an emergency. Trudeau violated freedom of speech, assembly and association and a host of legal rights. The right to protection from arbitrary treatment by police was violated because, the peaceful protesters were beaten, their property damaged and confiscated, and they were arrested without cause, and many stayed in jail without reasonable bail.
5. Chinese Electoral interference, investigations going back to 1995 with project Sidewinder, and illegal Chinese police stations operating in Canada.
6. Infiltration of the World Economic Forum and United Nations at all levels of government in Canada to implement the UN Sustainable Goals 2030 Agenda and Digital ID.

CRIMINAL CODE OF CANADA DEFINITION OF TREASON:

Section 46(2)(a) Treason:  

(2) Every one commits treason who, in Canada,  

(a) uses force or violence for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Canada or a province;  

The targets for arrest:

1. Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau
2. Minister of Public Safety, Marco Mendicino
3. President of the Privy Council and Minister of Emergency, Bill Blair
4. Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, David Lametti
5. Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, Chrystia Freeland

This is an issue of great significance to all Canadians, regardless of one's political views. At the crux of this, is that the Liberal government acted above their lawful authority to proclaim a National emergency and the fallout is that people were physically hurt and their property was unlawfully seized. 

So what can YOU do about it?

1. Inform and educate: Using the information and evidence we have gathered we will educate and inform Canadians, so they understand why the actions of the Liberal executive branch is treason. We accomplish this by presenting the legal aspects of the law - how they violated due process of law. 2. Complete the Declaration of Treason stating that you want the Liberals held accountable!

5. Evidence Gathering: Continue to build the existing evidence for the Criminal Incident Report which will be serves as the basis of the criminal claim against Trudeau. Stand4THEE was privy to internal documents from the Public Order Emergency Commission (POEC), and we are not under a confidentiality agreement. One of these documents was Keith Wilson's statement to the POEC. 

When we were reviewing Keith's statement we found a portion that was related to an event that Rebecca had attended. Not only was the information inaccurate, it positioned Rebecca, and all in attendance, as insurrectionists. He has misrepresented the facts and this misrepresentation and this may have been used to justify the invocation of the act.
